Agreement

These Terms govern use of the COFY Platforms marketing site. They do not replace product-specific contracts for nitiAI, Erfüllen, or any other COFY-owned product platform.

By using this site, you agree to use it lawfully and only for evaluating COFY Platforms and its products.

Parent-company site

cofyplatforms.com is a parent marketing and routing site. It provides product positioning, compliance-market information, and links to COFY-owned product platforms.

The site is not a compliance dashboard, legal service, regulator filing portal, or certification service.

Product boundaries

  • nitiAI is the India-hosted compliance product for India-focused workflows.
  • Erfüllen is the Europe-focused compliance product.
  • A redirect from this site does not merge product data, residency commitments, or product terms.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attack, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the site.
  • Do not submit unlawful, confidential third-party, or sensitive personal data through marketing forms unless the form expressly asks for it.
  • Do not present COFY marketing material as a regulator approval, audit certificate, or legal opinion.

Intellectual property

COFY Platforms, COFY marks, product names, copy, design, and site content belong to COFY Platforms or its licensors.

You may view the site for evaluation. You may not copy, resell, frame, or use the branding in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or remove site content or routing links at any time. Product availability, country coverage, and features may change.

Liability

The site is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, COFY Platforms is not liable for decisions made from marketing-site content without independent review.

Governing terms

These Terms apply to the parent marketing site. Product-specific agreements govern signed-in product use.
