COFY Platforms grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the COFY marketing site for evaluation and lawful business purposes.

What this EULA covers

This EULA covers the website interface, site content, product-routing experience, and related marketing materials on cofyplatforms.com.

It does not grant a licence to use nitiAI, Erfüllen, or any other product workspace. Product access is governed by that product's own agreement.

Restrictions

• Do not copy the site design, source, brand assets, or product positioning for a competing or misleading service.
• Do not bypass security controls, automate abusive access, or interfere with the site.
• Do not use COFY names or logos in a way that implies partnership, certification, or endorsement without written permission.

Feedback

If you send feedback about the site or product positioning, you allow COFY Platforms to use it to improve the site and products without obligation to you.

End of licence

This licence ends automatically if you breach it or if COFY Platforms withdraws access to the site. Sections on restrictions, ownership, feedback, and liability survive.
